🎉 Senior Recognition: Congratulations to the Class of 2025 for their outstanding contributions to CSHS! Join us at the Senior Send-Off Ceremony on August 10, 2025, to celebrate their achievements.

About CSHS

The Broad Run Computer Science Honor Society (CSHS) is a prestigious organization dedicated to recognizing students who demonstrate excellence in computer science, leadership, and community service. Founded in 2018, our chapter at Broad Run High School fosters a passion for technology and innovation while encouraging members to make a positive impact in their school and local community.

CSHS members participate in a variety of activities, including organizing coding bootcamps, mentoring middle school students through Hour of Code initiatives, and collaborating on tech-driven community service projects. Upcoming Events

🧼 Campus Cleanup Initiative – July 20, 2025: Help beautify our school grounds! Join us at 9:00 AM for a campus cleanup event. Earn volunteer hours and enjoy a morning outdoors with fellow CSHS members.
🎒 Backpack Drive for Local Schools – August 5, 2025: Partner with us to collect and distribute backpacks filled with school supplies for underprivileged students. Drop-off locations will be available in the school lobby.
🍪 Annual CSHS Bake Sale – August 12, 2025: Support our fundraising efforts by baking or buying delicious treats during lunch periods. All proceeds fund our coding workshops and community outreach programs.
💻 Officer Interest Meeting – August 18, 2025: Interested in leading CSHS? Attend our officer interest meeting at 3:30 PM in Room 204 to learn about roles, responsibilities, and the election process.
